Thanks to everyone who attended last month’s busy Friends of City networking breakfast. With Christmas nearly here we are now taking bookings for the last meeting of 2013! It’s been a great year and we are now firmly established as one of the most popular monthly meetings in Essex.
December’s event is a lunchtime meeting on Thursday 19 December. As always, we expect 100+ guests, so join us for top quality networking in a room full of friendly business people from companies large and small. As a special Christmas treat the club will be opening the bar and you will be welcome to stay on and socialise after the event.
What do you need to know?
We get together once a month at Chelmsford City FC (Melbourne Park, Salerno Way, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 2EH), alternating between breakfast and lunchtime meetings. The next event is a lunch on Thursday 19 December from 12:00pm – 2:00pm. The meetings are free to attend – if you like us and you’d like to join up and support the club there is a great membership package which includes advertising space and a copy of the attendance list, but that’s up to you. There’s plenty of free parking and food, tea and coffee is provided free of charge. How’s that for great value?
The meetings are very informal – there are no bells or whistles and you don’t need to give a 60 second speech. The meetings are very popular, so we can guarantee you will meet a real mix of businesses – large and small. This is a great opportunity to make new contacts and catch up with old friends in a relaxed environment.

To keep things fair, we only allow up to 5 businesses from any trade or profession to attend, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Aaron will add contact details of everyone who books in to the attendance list which is available to you if you become a member.
