Happy New Year to old and new friends from Backhouse Solicitors and Chelmsford City FC! The wait is over as Friends of City launches into 2015 with a breakfast event on Friday 30th January.
If you are looking for packed networking with 100+ guests every month in a great venue, why not come and see why Friends of City is so popular? We will put you in front of businesses large and small from across Chelmsford, Essex and into London so you can meet potential customers and build your networks. Come and join the many attendees who have won new clients and contracts over a cup of tea and a buffet. And the best bit of all – attending this great event won’t cost you a penny!
What you need to know
We get together once a month at Chelmsford City FC (Melbourne Park, Salerno Way, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 2EH), alternating between breakfast and lunchtime meetings. The next meeting is a breakfast event on Friday 30th January from 7am – 9am. The meetings are free to attend – if you like us and you’d like to join up and support the club there is a great membership package which includes advertising space and a copy of the attendance list, but that’s up to you. There’s plenty of free parking and food, tea and coffee is provided free of charge. How’s that for great value?
The meetings are very informal – there are no bells or whistles and you don’t need to give a 60 second speech. The meetings are very popular, so we can guarantee you will meet a real mix of businesses – large and small. This is a great opportunity to make new contacts and catch up with old friends in a relaxed environment.

To keep things fair, we only allow up to 5 businesses from any trade or profession to attend, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Aaron will add contact details of everyone who books in to the attendance list which is available to you if you become a member.
