A big thanks to everyone who attended May’s Friends of City meeting and our first Friends of City on Tour at Essex Cricket last week! We packed the Woodland Marquee at the cricket ground with 200 guests and the networking carried on well into the evening. The feedback we received was better than we could ever have hoped and you can be sure we will be returning in 2016!
We are back at home later this month for the Friends of City Business Expo on Friday 26 June, 12pm – 3pm. Three times a year we pack the football club with 45 stands and over 250 guests as the paying members take the opportunity to show what their businesses are all about. Whether you are new to the group or a regular visitor we would love to see you there and if you are a member, don’t forgot to reserve your stand! What You Need To Know
We get together once a month at Chelmsford City FC alternating between breakfast and afternoon meetings. If you like us and you’d like to sign up and support the club there is a great membership package including advertising space and a copy of the attendance list – but that’s up to you. There’s plenty of free parking, food, tea and coffee. How’s that for great value? To keep things fair, we only allow up to 5 businesses from any trade or profession to attend (except at the Expos), so please book early to avoid disappointment. Contact details of everyone who books in are added to an attendance list which is available to you if you become a member.
