An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Receptionist at Backhouse Solicitors Limited. This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave and previous experience in a similar role is essential. Start Date : Monday 26th March 2018.

About the Role
Your key duties will include but not be limited to:-

- Answering the telephone in a clear and confident manner
- Taking accurate telephone messages and passing them on promptly
- Making appointments in the absence of the secretary
- Meeting and greeting client visitors and informing relevant people of their arrival
- Ensuring clients’ needs are anticipated and met at all times
- Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy
- Ensure meeting rooms are kept clean, tidy and stocked with stationery and other equipment
- Data entry and general administrative duties including photocopying and scanning
- Ordering stationery and various supplies
- Use of the firm’s document management system
- Pro-actively promote the firm and the services we provide
- Promote a friendly and approachable environment

Working as part of a wider Admin Team you will take part on the Admin Team rota the hours for which are 8:30am – 5:00pm, 9:00am – 5:30pm and 9:30am – 6:00pm.
