A big thank you to Ray Bugg, Mark Earlam, Jennie Jarvis and all at Handelsbanken in Chelmsford for a very enjoyable evening spent bowling and raising money for two great charities.
Backhouse Solicitors sent a crack team of bowlers calling themselves the “Backhouse Bowling Beauties” along to Tenpin in Chelmsford to compete with 63 other teams for the best individual and team scores. All proceeds were divided between the Rob George Foundation and The Panathlon Challenge, with £4,130 raised on the night.
The Beauties put in a mixed performance and it’s fair to say that the top of the leaderboard wasn’t troubled by our presence! Great fun was had by all however, and we look forward to competing again next year.
