The review and pilot phases of the Government’s Employment Tribunal fees refund scheme have ended and the refund scheme is now fully open to all applicants. The Government has agreed to refund all Employment Tribunal Fees paid since they were introduced in July 2013 following a Supreme Court ruling that they were unlawful.
