Francis qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and has over 25 years’ experience of all aspects of dispute resolution in private practice in central London.
Initially specialising in regulatory, business crime and serious fraud prosecutions, Francis went on to expand his practise to include all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Francis also acts as a Supervising Solicitor appointed by the High Court to supervise the execution of search and seize orders.
Francis joined our team at Backhouse in February 2025 as Head of Litigation.
Outside of work, Francis enjoys watching motorsports and planning his next ski trip!
