Darren began his legal journey as an office junior in the early 1990s for a national Personal Injury law firm based in Central London. During his 30 years’ experience in the legal sector, he has worked for both Claimants and Defendants. Throughout his career he has led teams of various sizes and developed a passion for operations, processes and procedures.
Darren joined Backhouse as the Operations Manager in February 2025 and with his vast experience and knowledge in the industry, we are excited to have him as part of the team!
His weekends are mainly taken up by unsuccessfully requesting his eldest teenage son to tidy his bedroom and spending many a disappointing Saturday afternoon with his youngest son watching their beloved West Ham!
