Extremely professional approach to and execution of the conveyance. Even though the purchase had to be completed within a tight schedule, everything was in place with days to spare. The purchase was straightforward, nonetheless, I would use them again for more complex house purchases.

They have been on top of our purchase/sale and have acted when required. The whole process is slow, tedious and to my opinion, over complicated for no reason, but I have used other solicitors before and Backhouse are the best you can get! Also at competitive prices.
